We worked with Las Vegas for World Routes 2023, delivering a destination focused exhibition stand in Istanbul that combined strong visual identity with a clear sense of welcome.

The brief was to create a stand that felt instantly recognisable from the aisle, while offering a comfortable and well structured space for airline and route development conversations once visitors stepped inside.

Bespoke Exhibition Stand Design

The design leaned into contrast and atmosphere, using bold black architecture, illuminated Las Vegas branding, and accent lighting to create a confident presence on a busy international show floor. Vertical fins and overhead elements framed the stand, helping define the space and draw attention from multiple approaches.

Inside, the layout was open and uncluttered, with high tables and seating arranged to support informal meetings and quick discussions. Subtle planting and soft furnishings were introduced to balance the strong visual elements, ensuring the space felt professional but not closed or imposing.

Every design choice focused on clarity and flow, allowing visitors to move easily from first contact into conversation without friction.

Construction and Installation of the Exhibition Stand

Our team managed the full delivery, build, and installation on site in Istanbul. Structural elements, lighting features, graphics, flooring, and furnishings were installed with care to ensure consistency across the stand.

All elements were checked and tested ahead of the show opening, with final adjustments made to lighting and presentation to suit the venue environment. The result was a confident and welcoming exhibition stand that supported meaningful engagement and positioned Las Vegas clearly within the global aviation conversation at World Routes 2023.
