Terms & conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between our company and the client when requesting quotes, commissioning work or receiving our services. By working with us, you accept these terms in full. We may update these terms from time to time and the most recent version will always apply.

Quotes and Pricing

Any quote provided is based on the information supplied at the time of enquiry. Prices may change if there are adjustments to the brief, specification or delivery requirements. Quotes remain valid for the period stated. Once a quote is approved in writing or through an agreed method, the client accepts responsibility for the accuracy of all details and the costs associated.

Project Delivery

We aim to deliver all work to the agreed specification and timeline. The client is responsible for supplying accurate and complete information so work can progress without delays. Any refinements or revisions that fall outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges. Timescales may change if external factors affect production, delivery or access. We will always communicate any changes promptly.

Client Responsibilities

The client must ensure that all material provided is accurate and free of copyright restrictions. This includes text, images, logos and technical documents. The client is responsible for obtaining any permissions or licences required. Once work has been approved during the sign off process, any further changes may incur extra costs.

Payments

Invoices are issued according to the agreed payment schedule. Unless otherwise noted, payment terms are due on receipt. Work may be paused if payment is overdue. Deposits and staged payments are non refundable once work has begun, as resources and production costs will already have been committed.

Intellectual Property

All concepts, visuals and materials created by our company remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Once paid, ownership of the final approved files passes to the client. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations and Delays

If the client wishes to cancel a project after work has begun, they will be responsible for all costs incurred up to that point. This includes design time, labour, materials and third party services. If delays are caused by the client, including incomplete information or lack of approvals, we may adjust timelines or costs accordingly.

Third Party Services

Where third party suppliers or services are required, such as couriers, contractors or venue services, we act on behalf of the client to manage these arrangements. We cannot accept liability for delays or issues caused by suppliers, events or circumstances beyond our control, though we will always work to resolve them quickly.

Liability

We take every effort to deliver work to a high standard. However, we cannot accept liability for loss, damage or costs arising from the use or inability to use our services, except where required by law. The client is responsible for confirming that the final work meets their requirements before sign off.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver work caused by circumstances outside our control. This includes severe weather, accidents, illness, strikes, supply shortages or venue restrictions. Where such events occur, we will inform the client and agree the best way forward.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled through the appropriate UK legal channels.
