Surface Design Show brings together brands that live or die by finish quality, so the stand needed to feel precise, calm, and confident from the first glance.

The brief was to create a clean, premium space where i-wals could showcase multiple surface finishes with lighting that reveals texture, invites close up viewing, and supports comfortable conversations.

Bespoke Exhibition Stand Design

The stand was designed around product discovery. A backlit feature wall displayed a grid of textured panels, using controlled illumination to highlight depth and detail without distracting from the materials themselves.

A structured layout and minimal palette kept the focus on the finishes, while layered architectural elements added interest and created natural sightlines into the space. A dedicated seating area provided a relaxed setting for longer discussions, helping the stand work as both a display and a meeting environment.

Construction and Installation of the Exhibition Stand

Build quality was critical, particularly around the illuminated panels and the framed lightbox branding. Each surface section was installed for clean alignment, consistent lighting, and a sharp overall finish.

On site checks ensured the lighting performed properly under venue conditions, and the completed stand delivered a polished, gallery style presentation that suited the event and the brand.
