The brief was to create a stand that clearly presented Profile Software’s complex software solutions while maintaining an open and approachable layout that encouraged conversation with an international audience.

Exhibition Stand Design

The design focused on strong architectural forms and a restrained colour palette that aligned with Profile Software’s corporate identity. Overhead structural elements and illuminated branding were used to improve visibility across the show floor, helping the stand stand out in a busy exhibition hall.

Digital screens were integrated into the walls to support product messaging, while the open frontage and seating areas created space for both quick discussions and more detailed meetings. The layout balanced clarity of message with a calm, organised visitor experience.

Construction and Installation of the Exhibition Stand

Our team managed the build and installation on site, ensuring all structural, graphic, and lighting elements were finished to a high standard. Careful attention was given to alignment, lighting levels, and screen positioning ahead of the show opening.
