We worked with Intu for MAPIC, delivering a refined and long-term exhibition presence at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes. This marked the third year of collaboration, continuing to build on a strong partnership and a stand design developed to evolve year on year.
The brief was to enhance an existing stand without unnecessary expenditure, ensuring the space remained modern, flexible, and well suited to high level retail and property discussions within the international MAPIC environment.
Bespoke Exhibition Stand Design
The stand was designed as a futureproof solution, allowing it to be reused and incrementally improved across multiple events. Each year, the layout and visual elements were refined to keep the stand current while maintaining consistency with Intu’s brand and portfolio.
Large digital screens, clean architectural lines, and clear zoning helped communicate Intu’s position as a leading shopping centre owner and operator. A key feature of the stand was the outdoor terrace overlooking Cannes marina, providing a relaxed yet professional setting for meetings and hospitality away from the busy show floor.
Throughout the design process, concepts were developed collaboratively and worked up into detailed CAD visuals, allowing the client to review and approve the direction with confidence before final production.
Construction and Installation of the Exhibition Stand
Our team managed the full delivery and on site build at the Palais des Festivals. All structural elements, graphics, lighting, and digital displays were installed and tested ahead of the event to ensure a smooth opening.
Backup components were held nearby to provide reassurance throughout the show, while additional elements such as refreshments and seating areas were carefully prepared to support visitor comfort and engagement. The result was a polished and dependable exhibition stand that supported productive conversations throughout MAPIC.
