We worked with Bluebox for Aircraft Interiors Expo (AIX), delivering a refined and adaptable exhibition stand at Hamburg Messe. This was the second year of collaboration, building on an established relationship and continuing to strengthen Bluebox’s presence within the aviation technology sector.

The brief was to evolve an existing stand design to suit a revised show position while increasing visual impact and maintaining a clear, professional presentation of Bluebox’s software solutions for airlines and aircraft operators.

Bespoke Exhibition Stand Design

The stand was designed to be flexible and futureproof, allowing it to be reused across multiple shows while adapting to different footprints. When the show layout changed, the design was refined to make better use of the new space, improving sightlines and overall presence on the exhibition floor.

Large digital screen walls were integrated to showcase Bluebox’s technology, supported by clean graphics and a structured layout that encouraged meaningful conversations. Throughout the design process, we worked closely with the Bluebox team, developing concepts into detailed CAD visuals to ensure confidence and clarity before final production.

Construction and Installation of the Exhibition Stand

Our team managed the full delivery and on site build at Hamburg Messe. All structural elements, screens, lighting, and graphics were installed and tested ahead of the show to ensure a smooth experience from opening day.

Backup components and spares were held on site to provide reassurance and flexibility throughout the event. The finished stand delivered a polished, reliable exhibition presence that allowed Bluebox to focus on engaging visitors and demonstrating their solutions with confidence.
