We worked with RedRake for ICE Gaming 2024, delivering a high energy exhibition stand at ExCeL London designed to command attention in a visually intense gaming hall.
The brief was driven by impact and immersion, creating a space that felt unmistakably RedRake while giving visitors a clear reason to step inside, stop, and engage with the games on display.
Bespoke Exhibition Stand Design
The stand design leaned into bold colour, dramatic lighting, and large scale digital screens to create immediate presence from multiple sightlines. Strong red framing and illuminated detailing defined the footprint clearly, while the open front encouraged visitors to flow naturally into the space.
Internally, the layout was structured around live gameplay and demonstrations. Screens were positioned to be visible both inside and from the aisle, supported by a central counter that acted as a natural hub for conversation and interaction. Seating and play stations were arranged to keep the stand active and engaging throughout the day, reinforcing the sense of movement and competition.
Every design choice focused on creating atmosphere without clutter, allowing the content and games to remain the focal point.
Construction and Installation of the Exhibition Stand
Our team managed the full delivery, build, and installation on site, ensuring the stand was constructed efficiently within the tight build schedule of ICE Gaming. Lighting, screens, graphics, and structural elements were installed and tested to ensure consistent performance across the show.
Final checks were completed ahead of opening to confirm visual impact, technical reliability, and overall finish. The result was a bold, immersive exhibition stand that supported live demonstrations, attracted consistent footfall, and allowed the RedRake team to engage confidently with visitors throughout ICE Gaming 2024.
If you are planning a gaming exhibition stand that needs to cut through a crowded hall and create real energy around your brand, we would be happy to discuss how we can help.
