We worked with KingMaker Nexiux for G2E Las Vegas 2023, delivering a landmark exhibition stand at The Venetian Expo that was designed to dominate sightlines and act as a true meeting destination within the show.
The brief focused on creating a stand that could be recognised instantly from across the hall, using height, circular form, and digital motion to pull visitors in and keep the space active throughout the day.
Bespoke Exhibition Stand Design
The design was built around a bold suspended ring structure that framed the stand from every approach. This overhead feature established strong vertical presence and created a clear visual anchor in a vast exhibition environment. Integrated LED screens added movement and energy, reinforcing brand messaging while drawing attention from distance.
At floor level, the layout was intentionally open and social. A circular counter formed the centre of the stand, encouraging easy access and conversation from all sides. Product displays and digital touchpoints were positioned around the perimeter, allowing visitors to engage naturally while keeping circulation fluid and uninterrupted.
Material finishes and lighting were used to balance drama with clarity, ensuring the stand felt premium, confident, and easy to navigate despite its scale.
Construction and Installation of the Exhibition Stand
Our team managed the full delivery, build, and installation on site in Las Vegas. Complex structural elements, suspended features, lighting rigs, digital screens, and bespoke finishes were installed with precision to ensure alignment and stability throughout.
All technical components were tested ahead of the show opening, with final checks completed to confirm performance, visibility, and overall presentation.
