We worked with TATA for Stockholm Tech Show 2024, delivering a large scale exhibition stand at Stockholm Expo designed to communicate structure, confidence, and technological depth in a busy international environment.
The brief focused on creating a stand that felt organised and authoritative, with clear messaging zones that allowed visitors to quickly understand the breadth of TATA’s offering while moving naturally through the space.
Bespoke Exhibition Stand Design
The design was centred around strong architectural form and height, using a suspended overhead structure to establish presence across the hall and anchor the stand visually from multiple approaches. Clean lines, integrated lighting, and a restrained colour palette gave the stand a calm and professional tone that suited the technology focused audience.
Internally, the layout was divided into clearly defined solution areas, each supported by digital screens and messaging panels. This modular approach allowed different conversations to happen simultaneously without the space feeling cluttered or confusing. Seating areas were positioned to encourage focused discussion while maintaining open sightlines across the stand.
Every element was designed to support clarity, helping visitors quickly orientate themselves and engage with the right content.
Construction and Installation of the Exhibition Stand
Our team managed the full delivery, build, and installation on site in Stockholm. Structural elements, suspended features, lighting, graphics, and digital components were installed with precision to ensure consistency across the stand.
All technical elements were tested ahead of the show opening, with final checks completed to confirm stability, screen performance, and overall presentation.
