We worked with Oracle for The Modern Business Experience, delivering a large scale exhibition environment at ExCeL London designed to immerse visitors in Oracle’s brand and technology ecosystem. The event brought together multiple business functions within one unified space, creating a powerful platform for engagement, discovery, and conversation.
The brief was to create a bold, clearly structured exhibition environment that showcased Oracle’s solutions across human resources, customer experience, supply chain, and finance, while managing high visitor volumes and maintaining strong brand consistency throughout.
Bespoke Exhibition Stand Design
The exhibition design was built around four distinct, colour coded zones, allowing visitors to immediately identify and navigate the different business areas on show. Large overhead banners, illuminated signage, and strong graphical treatments ensured each zone remained visually clear within the wider exhibition hall.
A key focal point of the space was the Bloodhound land speed record car, positioned prominently at the entrance to create immediate impact and generate interest. Digital screen walls, interactive displays, and open discussion areas were integrated throughout the stand to support demonstrations, presentations, and one to one conversations, while maintaining a cohesive visual identity across the entire footprint.
Construction and Installation of the Exhibition Stand
Our team managed the full build and installation of the exhibition environment on site at ExCeL London. All structural elements, graphics, lighting, and large scale screen installations were assembled and tested ahead of the event to ensure everything performed seamlessly from opening day.
Careful planning and on site support allowed the exhibition to run smoothly across the duration of the event, giving Oracle the confidence to focus on engaging visitors and delivering a standout experience.
If you are planning an exhibition that needs to combine scale, structure, and strong brand storytelling, we would be happy to discuss how we can support your next show.
