We worked with The Gambia tourism team for WTM 2025, delivering a welcoming and visually rich exhibition stand at ExCeL London. The stand was designed to reflect the warmth, culture, and natural beauty of the destination while providing a calm and inviting space for meetings with international travel professionals.
Set within a busy show environment, the brief focused on strong destination storytelling, clear visibility, and a layout that encouraged visitors to stop, explore, and engage.
Bespoke Exhibition Stand Design
The stand design drew inspiration from The Gambia’s landscape and culture, using natural textures, greenery, and warm materials to create an authentic and approachable presence on the show floor. Large format imagery was used to showcase the destination, supported by integrated lighting that added depth and atmosphere to the space.
The layout was carefully planned to balance open meeting areas with clear visual storytelling. Seating zones were positioned to support relaxed conversations, while digital displays added movement and allowed destination content to be shared throughout the day.
Close collaboration with the client ensured the design aligned with brand identity while also meeting the practical demands of a high footfall exhibition.
Construction and Installation of the Exhibition Stand
Our team managed the full delivery, build, and installation of the stand on site at the venue. Structural elements, graphics, lighting, and digital components were assembled with care to ensure a high quality finish across the entire space.
All elements were tested and checked ahead of the show opening, ensuring the stand was fully ready for visitors from day one. The result was a confident and welcoming exhibition space that allowed the team to focus on promoting The Gambia and building meaningful connections throughout WTM 2025.
If you are planning an exhibition stand that needs to tell a destination story while supporting practical engagement, we would be happy to discuss how we can support your next event.
