We worked with the Las Vegas team for IMEX 2025, delivering a high impact exhibition stand at Messe Frankfurt. The stand was designed to capture attention on a busy international show floor while providing a practical, welcoming environment for meetings with global travel and events professionals.
The brief focused on strong destination branding, clear visibility from the aisle, and a layout that supported multiple conversations throughout the day.
Bespoke Exhibition Stand Design
The design centred around bold Las Vegas branding and large scale visuals that immediately conveyed the energy and scale of the destination. A clean, linear layout was used to create a strong street presence, with illuminated graphics and integrated digital screens drawing visitors in from across the hall.
Meeting counters were positioned along the open edge of the stand, allowing easy access for visitors while maintaining a clear flow through the space. The overall look balanced visual impact with functionality, ensuring the stand worked just as well during busy peak periods as it did for more focused meetings.
Throughout the design process, we worked closely with the client to ensure the stand aligned with brand guidelines while also responding to the specific requirements of the show and venue.
Construction and Installation of the Exhibition Stand
The stand was delivered directly to the venue, where our on site team managed the full build and installation. Structural elements, lighting, graphics, and digital displays were carefully assembled and tested to ensure everything was ready ahead of the show opening.
Final checks were carried out across the stand to confirm presentation quality, screen performance, and overall finish. The result was a polished, reliable exhibition space that allowed the Las Vegas team to focus fully on engaging with visitors throughout IMEX 2025.
