We worked with Viread for EASL 2019, delivering a striking and highly functional exhibition stand at the Reed Messe Wien Exhibition and Congress Center in Vienna. The stand was designed to support scientific engagement while clearly communicating key clinical messages within a busy medical conference environment.
The brief focused on creating a strong visual presence, integrating advanced digital experiences, and providing structured spaces for education, discussion, and interaction with healthcare professionals.
Bespoke Exhibition Stand Design
The stand design centred around a bold architectural layout with clear zoning to support different types of engagement. A dedicated interactive zone was created using integrated iMac stations, allowing visitors to explore clinical data and product information at their own pace.
A key feature of the stand was the inclusion of a 3D cinema experience, designed to immerse visitors in a structured visual presentation and reinforce key messaging in a memorable way. Large format graphics, illuminated branding, and clean finishes were used throughout to ensure clarity, consistency, and a professional medical aesthetic.
The overall layout balanced open space with defined areas for interaction, ensuring smooth visitor flow while maintaining a calm and focused environment appropriate for the EASL audience.
Construction and Installation of the Exhibition Stand
Our team managed the full delivery and on site build at the venue in Vienna. All structural elements, digital screens, interactive technology, and the 3D cinema installation were assembled and tested ahead of the show opening.
Final checks were completed to confirm screen performance, lighting levels, and system functionality, ensuring the stand was fully operational and reliable throughout the event. The completed stand provided Viread with a confident platform to engage with delegates and present complex information in a clear and engaging way.
If you are planning an exhibition stand for a medical or scientific event and need a partner who understands both technical delivery and audience experience, we would be happy to discuss how we can support your next show.
