We worked with KBC for SIBOS 2024, delivering a composed and professional exhibition stand at RAI Amsterdam.

The brief was to create a space that projected trust and stability at first glance, while giving visitors clear points of entry for focused conversations and private discussion.

Bespoke Exhibition Stand Design

The design focused on clarity, structure, and calm presence. Clean architectural framing and a balanced use of light timber and white surfaces created a welcoming but assured feel, appropriate for a global financial audience. Strong vertical branding ensured visibility from multiple approaches without dominating the surrounding space.

Internally, the layout was organised to support different types of engagement. An open reception counter formed a clear first contact point, while enclosed meeting areas and screened zones allowed for quieter, more detailed discussions. Integrated lighting and subtle illumination helped define areas without disrupting the overall flow.

Every element was designed to support confidence and ease of navigation, allowing visitors to understand where to go and how to engage within moments of arriving on the stand.

Construction and Installation of the Exhibition Stand

Our team managed the full delivery, build, and installation on site in Amsterdam. Structural elements, lighting, graphics, and fitted components were installed with care to ensure a consistent and refined finish throughout.

All technical elements were tested ahead of the show opening, with final checks completed to confirm presentation quality and functionality. The result was a polished and dependable exhibition stand that supported meaningful conversation and reflected KBC’s position within the international banking sector throughout SIBOS 2024.
