We worked with Nexiux for ICE London 2024, delivering a striking exhibition stand at ExCeL London that used height, light, and symmetry to create a strong focal point within a crowded gaming hall.
The brief focused on creating a clear centre of gravity for the brand, using vertical presence and controlled lighting to draw visitors in and encourage them to pause, explore, and engage.
Bespoke Exhibition Stand Design
The stand design was built around a bold circular overhead structure that established immediate visibility from multiple aisles. This suspended element anchored the space visually and helped define the stand as a destination rather than a pass through.
At floor level, the layout was deliberately open and uncluttered. Product plinths and interaction points were arranged around a central axis, creating a natural flow that guided visitors through the space. Integrated lighting rings and illuminated details reinforced the sense of structure and movement, while clean finishes kept the focus on the technology being showcased.
Seating areas were positioned slightly back from the main interaction zone, allowing conversations to take place without interrupting the energy at the front of the stand.
Construction and Installation of the Exhibition Stand
Our team managed the full delivery, build, and installation on site at ExCeL London. Structural elements, suspended features, lighting, graphics, and digital components were installed with precision to ensure alignment and consistency across the stand.
All technical elements were tested ahead of the show opening, with final checks completed to confirm lighting effects, stability, and presentation quality. The result was a confident and visually distinctive exhibition stand that helped Nexiux stand out while supporting meaningful engagement throughout ICE London 2024.
If you are planning an exhibition stand that needs to create a clear presence and guide visitors naturally through your space, we would be happy to discuss how we can support your next event.
