We worked with Capital Safety Group at the A+A trade fair in Düsseldorf, delivering a large scale, high impact exhibition stand for one of the world’s leading safety equipment brands. The brief was clear. Showcase an extensive product range, support technical conversations, and create a confident brand presence within a busy international environment.
With over a decade of collaboration behind us, this stand needed to balance continuity with progression, ensuring it felt familiar to returning visitors while continuing to move the brand forward.
Bespoke Exhibition Stand Design
The stand was designed across two storeys to clearly separate product demonstration from discussion space. Ground level focused on accessibility and clarity, with structured product zones that allowed visitors to explore fall protection and safety equipment in a logical, hands on way.
Upstairs, a more private seating area created space for longer conversations away from the show floor. Strong architectural framing, clean lines, and integrated lighting ensured the stand remained highly visible from all angles while reinforcing Capital Safety Group’s professional and dependable brand identity.
Throughout the design process, we worked closely with the client to refine layouts, improve flow, and ensure the stand could evolve year on year without losing consistency.
Construction and Installation of the Exhibition Stand
Our team managed full delivery and on site installation at Messe Düsseldorf, coordinating build, product placement, and final detailing to ensure everything was ready ahead of opening. Given the scale and complexity of the stand, careful planning and contingency support were built in to ensure a smooth setup.
Final checks were completed to confirm product displays, lighting, and overall presentation, allowing the Capital Safety Group team to focus on engaging visitors and demonstrating their solutions with confidence.
