We worked with Lebanon Tourism to deliver a refined and contemporary exhibition presence at Top Resa in Paris. The stand was designed to reposition the destination, moving away from traditional styling and presenting Lebanon as modern, welcoming, and diverse within a competitive European travel exhibition environment.

The brief focused on flexibility, strong destination storytelling, and a layout that could support multiple partners while remaining clear, calm, and visually consistent across the show floor.

Bespoke Exhibition Stand Design

The stand design centred on a clean, contemporary aesthetic using warm wooden textures, soft lighting, and open architectural lines. This approach created a welcoming space that felt premium and approachable, while allowing the Lebanon Tourism brand to stand confidently alongside other global destinations.

A modular structure was developed so the stand could be adapted for different exhibitions and languages across Europe. Clear zones were created for partner organisations including hotels, tour operators, and service providers, ensuring each had visibility while remaining part of a unified destination experience.

Large format visuals and digital screens were integrated to showcase landscapes, culture, and lifestyle content, helping to tell a broader story and encourage longer visitor engagement.

Construction and Installation of the Exhibition Stand

Our team managed the full delivery and on site build at Porte de Versailles, handling all structural elements, lighting, graphics, and digital installations with care and precision. The stand was installed efficiently and tested thoroughly ahead of opening to ensure everything performed as intended.

Following the event, the stand was dismantled, packed, and returned to storage ready for reuse at future exhibitions, supporting Lebanon Tourism’s wider European exhibition programme.
